This Non-Disclosure Agreement is entered into as of the date of access between Agent12Volt ("Owner") and the undersigned.
Confidential Information includes: business plans, source code, scripts, prompts, system designs, API structures, training materials, and all aspects of the Agent12 platform.
You agree to: not disclose, share, publish, or distribute any Confidential Information; not use it for personal gain; not reverse engineer or replicate the platform. All materials remain the sole property of Agent12Volt.
This agreement is indefinite unless released in writing by the Owner. Violations may result in legal action.
